This page covers NEXUS OS subscriptions (UltraLead) sold by AI Lead Strategies LLC. It is the short form of Section 4.4 of our Terms of Service, which is the rule that applies.

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial of UltraLead. No payment card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

How to cancel

Sign in, go to Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage Billing. Cancel your subscription there.
You can cancel at any time. If you need help, email support@aileadstrategies.com.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription stops renewing. You are not charged again.
Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Payments already made are not refunded, including for partial months or unused time, unless applicable law requires a refund.
